First Ring Road named after Sabah I
Kuwait: The Municipal Council on it's third term inauguration, agreed to name the First Ring Road after the first ruler of Kuwait, Sabah I (صباح الأول) . It also decided decreasing the total number of its technical committee members from 14 to 9.
