Several citizens have expressed regret on the deteriorating scene in Kuwait City, which they say is second to Jleeb Shuyoukh in terms of neglect although the faÁade of the country, reports Al-Seyassah daily. Reporters in a recent tour observed that many areas in the city have turned into a scrapyard and home to construction waste materials, with broken pavements, trenches, and open drainage, and to make the issue worse, the city is also witness to heavy traffic jam.
