Kuwait: Several buildings in Kuwait were decorated with bright shiny lights in celebration of the 55th National and 25th Liberation Days. Spectacular lights and patriotic decorations beautified public and private buildings as well as many houses and dwellings in the country.

Kuwait: Children and their families manifested their joy at a festival organized by Al-Ahmadi educational area in cooperation with Rumaithiya co-op.

Kuwait's embassies in India and Slovakia held receptions on the occasion of the 55th National Day and the 25th Liberation Day. The celebrations were attended by a huge crowd of Arab and foreign diplomats in addition to other officials.

Kuwait: Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense Sheikh Khaled Al-Jarrah Al-Sabah spoke highly of the deep-rooted friendly relations and cooperation between Kuwait and the United Kingdom in all domains.

"The close relationship was crystal clear in the UK prominent contribution to Kuwait liberation war against the Iraqi invasion," he said on Thursday evening at a reception, hosted by the British Embassy.
