Kuwait: Minister of State for Cabinet Affairs Sheikh Mohammad Al-Abdullah Al-Mubarak Al-Sabah said on Monday a big sports event would be held at Jaber Al-Ahmad International Stadium by year-end at the behest of His Highness the Amir and His Highness the Crown Prince.
