Kuwait: A legal study prepared by Al-Jarida daily on the DNA law number 78/2015 shows that the law contradicts with articles 30, 32, 34, 50 and 79 of the constitution.
Kuwait: A committee headed by General Investigation Department’s Director Major General Fahad Al-Doussary is currently working on the final copy of the executive chart of the DNA profiling law number 78/2015 pending its referral to the cabinet for approval, informed sources said.
