Kuwait City: Astronomer Dr. Saleh Al-Ojairi said Kuwait will observe total solar eclipse lasting two minutes 46.9 seconds on Friday, while other Arab countries, except the Gulf and some countries in Europe, North Asia and across the Indian Ocean will be witnesses to partial solar eclipse.
