Winter in Kuwait ‘officially’ starts Wednesday

Kuwait: Meteorologist Essa Ramadan said the weather was stable yesterday, with a possibility of rainfall despite scattered clouds.

Ramadan added that winter will officially start on Wednesday with a considerable decrease in temperature and high waves affected by active northwesterly winds, during which it would be advisable to wear warm clothing.
