Kuwait Ministry of Interior denies IS attack report

Kuwait: Relations and Security Department at the Interior Ministry denied in a statement reports in the media that authorities foiled an Islamic State (IS) plot to attack Kuwait International. The statement said that a report that published details of the alleged plot is not true, adding that security authorities continue their duties and take precautionary measures to guarantee the safety and security of the country, citizens and expatriates. The statement asked everyone to be cautious about publishing unverified news reports.
